Georgina Pendarvis

Founding attorney

Georgina started the firm to make filing for bankruptcy something you could do from home, at a price you knew before you started.

Before opening the firm, Georgina worked at a large consumer practice, where she noticed that most clients' hardest moment was the first phone call, not the court date.

She built the flat fees and the video process around that, and still takes first calls herself every week.

How Georgina works

Nobody should have to guess what this costs. I tell you the fee before I ask you a single hard question.

She keeps every client's petition review to one sitting, on screen, so you see each number before it goes to the court.
